After buying our home, the first order of business was to perform some serious renovations on the main floor of the house.

Luckily we had a one-month overlap between posession dates to get most of the work done.

Since then we've taken on a number of other renovation projects - such as the construction of a basement office and rec room - in addition to a hay shelter.
